The 13th Workshop on Spectroscopic Ellipsometry (WSE) will be held in Genova, Italy, from February 9 to 12, 2026. The event is a well-established international forum dedicated to spectroscopic ellipsometry and related methods, bringing together researchers from Europe and beyond in a stimulating environment.

The program will include tutorials, invited talks, case studies, and opportunities to meet leading scientists and instrument manufacturers.
